Light Brown - Small Dough Bowl - Oval wood bowl

This hand-carved small canoe/bowl is made in Ecuador, South America by talented African-Ecuadorian artisans. 

FOOD SAFE BOWL: Since these bowls are made of 100% natural wood (NOT PAINTED) are safe for food. We use natural olive oil to keep them bacteria and fungus FREE. 

UNIQUE NATURAL COLORS: Our 4 variants are 100% natural colors, for the red ones we use Cedro Wood and for the brown ones Laurel Wood which are from the Pacific Coast.

SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES: Our artisan's way of living is based on wood crafting, baskets waving and the material and the artifacts they use in general are from their environment, that way their take care of their own forest to keep harvesting and maintaining their way to commercialize their handicrafts.

SOUTH AMERICAN PRODUCTS: Being Ecuadorian allow me to work directly with the artisans and their community, supporting this project is a way to avoid mass producing and labor exploitation, together we can make a better world for the coming generations.
